We are looking for an “AOG Supply officer” (d/f/m) within Satair (a 100% subsidiary of Airbus) in Hamburg Finkenwerder.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Managing actively the flow of materials to Airbus and find best solutions to solve AOG (Aircraft on ground) situations
Developing creative ideas to satisfy short term demand while ensuring the correctness of the requirements
Communicating demand to suppliers and taking care of placing and following up orders, analyzing late deliveries and managing recovery plans
Playing an active role in defining and negotiating logistics processes
Communicating regularly with the internal customers about progress of the order
Your boarding pass
1-2 years of experience
A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification
High communication skills and flexibility, being solution-oriented, resilient and quick are very important for this position
Experience in customer service and sales/purchasing
Very good English skills (B2-C1)
